Return Policy…

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Opened items have a $25 restocking fee.

Update 07/31/2023 - Because we have more products in our online store that a far less money than our players, we have made adjustments to the $25 restocking fee for all opened products. The $25 fee only applies to our Campfire Player and Sparkle speakers. For other speakers and headphones the the restocking fee is $10. For accessories like Cases, chargers, or screen protectors the restocking fee is a flat $8 rate per order.

Unopened items have a flat $8 restocking fee per order. For orders with sparkle speakers their is a $10 fee.

These fees cover your return shipping label and warehouse costs and will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund.

Outgoing shipping costs are not refunded.

While we would love to offer the type of return features that some larger companies offer, as a small startup business we are currently not able to do so. Thank you for your understanding. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@campfireplayer.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As with all technology, there is a fail rate of devices. If your device has stopped working or arrives damaged, let us know and we will work hard to make it right quickly and painlessly. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can not accept returns for items damaged by use such as cracked screens, water damage, or mishandeling of devices. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the exchanged product we will refund your inital order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
