We are the parents of campers…Just like you.
Going into our 5th summer of overnight camp, I was tasked with once again setting up some kind of music solution for my children and my nieces. I asked for a list of the music that they would like, and between 5 kids I was given over 1,000 songs!
Once I was given the list, I was faced with a important decision, do I spend over $1000 on music to load onto $20 music players that the kids will just complain about in letters, or do I try and find another way, that there must be a better solution!
It turns out there wasn’t.
A few days later, The Original Campfire Player was born. Inspired by children and created for the needs of summer camp, we created a modern MP3 player that has all the benefits of modern technology without the negative aspects of screen time.
